Notification of Order Status
New Gourmet 2 You will send you two confirmation
email messages - 1) when we receive your order and 2) when we
ship it. If you ever have a question or wish to check the status

Shipping
WE SHIP UPS ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 STATES.
- Standard deliveries are handled by
UPS, FedEx and DHL based on state availability .
- All ship to addresses must be UPS deliverable
street address (no P.O. Boxes) with the appropriate designation
of ‘Street’ ‘Road’ ‘Avenue’ ‘Boulevard’ ‘Drive’ etc.
after named or numbered streets.
- We cannot be responsible for addresses
incorrectly entered into our website and/or delivered packages
that are not taken inside or opened in a timely manner.
- The products you purchase from us are
shipped directly from our suppliers located throughout the
U.S.
- Please be sure you enter your correct
email address on the order form so we may email you the tracking
number(s) for your order.
- If a package is returned to us due
to an incorrect shipping address presented by you, we will
notify you and bill you for the re-shipping charges
Return Policy
** Due to the perishable nature of some
of our products, we offer only a 48-hour return policy on all
products. Within 48 hours or receipt of our product, we'll be
happy to send you a replacement, exchange the item, or refund
your money, less only shipping and handling costs.
- Should an item arrive broken or defective
please notify us immediately. We will ask you to return it
to us safely packed, and we shall replace it promptly. We will
refund you your return-shipping charges.
- All products and/or orders for return
must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
within 48 hours of receipt of product(s). Products being returned
must be received by us within 5 business days of issued RMA.
Monthly Membership Changes/Cancellations
If you find it necessary to change or
cancel your monthly Taste Flight membership, please contact us
immediately. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your
order before our monthly shipping deadline.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is in the state
of Arizona we are required to charge 5.5% sales tax on most items.
Sales tax will automatically be added to your order before you
are asked to submit it.

you place your order, you will be in secure mode, which means
